SERVICES

TURNKEY WITH DESIGN AND BUILD:-

The concept of design-build, the convenient and cost-effective alternative for designing and constructing a broad spectrum of facilities is more about collaboration.Under the design-build format, the plan/ design once approved by the owner, we at generic take on the entire responsibility to execute the project on stipulated time within the desired budget & resources.
It’s about the builder, the sub-contractors, the manufacturers, the architects and the engineers, all coming together to ensure greater efficiency and a more shorter and timely delivery schedule with regard to the completion of working drawings, mobilization, construction & commissioning.A developer could give a vacant land or an empty area to us and it’s to our project management team to look into all possible options in terms of planning, execution along with the possible resources available to complete the project in the best possible time and budget.

LUMP SUM CONTRACT:-

In this contract,we agrees to carry out the entire work as shown in the drawings and described by specification,supplying labour and material,all for specified lump sump(built up area basis).

ITEM RATE OR UNIT PRICE CONTRACT:-

In this contract,we agrees to carry out the work as per the drawing,bills of quantities and specifications in consideration of a payment to be made entirely on measurements taken as the work proceeds,and the unit prices tendered by us in the bill of quantities.The quantities of each item of work to be executed and we enters the unit rate against each item of work.
